Lefebvre is founder and president of Proposal Pros, Inc. Joanne’s background includes 25 years of professional writing and
communication experience, including more than 12 years of proposal writing,
editing and management. Joanne brings a wealth of experience to the
proposal management process. She is skilled at working with the highest
level of a company's sales and marketing force to determine the most effective
process for answering RFPs.
Joanne
specializes in creating proposals that include the proper balance of company information with the
necessary value proposition and competitive story.. She is particularly skilled in working with SMEs (subject
matter experts) to draw out the needed information, and turn it into winning proposals that have
generated hundreds of millions of dollars of new revenues.

Prior
to founding Proposal Pros, Inc., in 1999, Joanne wrote, edited and managed
proposals for a global consulting firm, a pharmacy benefit management company
and other managed healthcare organizations.
Joanne’s
previous professional experience also includes writing and editing for trade
publications and metropolitan daily newspapers where she won several writing
awards. Joanne
received her B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
