Sandy Decker is senior consulting writer for Proposal Pros, Inc.  Sandy brings a diverse background in business communications to her work.  In addition to proposal writing and coordinating for a major employee benefits consulting firm, she has managed communications projects for Fortune 100 giants including IBM and General Motors.

Her proposal work has resulted in an extremely high win rate, thanks to her ability to provide creative and editing expertise to tighten a proposal’s marketing focus and ensure client acceptance.

Sandy is proficient in a variety of software applications used in generating business communications, and is attuned to the pace of work needed to meet tight turnaround times often required by RFPs.

Her educational background includes a B.A. in professional and technical writing from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan.
